1. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Please note that order processing may be delayed during peak seasons or promotional events.

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders below Rs.499 or above Rs.50,000.

  1. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout.

Our most orders usually delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

RagaFab does not ship internationally currently.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
